Exhaustion
I'm sleeping 8 solid hours a night, eating a wide variety of food and getting, what is for me, a moderate degree of exercise. I'm recently retired so I'm not dealing with work related stress, but I'm tired all the time----physically tired, not bored or depressed tired. Is anyone else having this experience?
Hi Sara,
I still complain of fatigue that I have all the time. Although I had it before the surgery, I thought I wouldn't still have it now but I do. My doctors office told me that you can have this for 9-12 months after surgery. I have had labs done and they are okay. I am just saying to myself one day at a time.
Hey Sara,
I have had plenty of energy since a few weeks after surgery;however, we recently went on vacation and I was eating poorly and not getting all my protein for a few days and my energy took a nose dive. I really listened to my body and went directly to the grocery store and got protein I could get in on the go. I haven't had the problem again.

Sara ,
I have been extremely tired here lately. Funny you should post this ! I just told someone the other day that I feel like the wind in my sails have been torn . I did recently run out of my Nectar Protein and I can sure tell the difference . I have been trying to get the protein by food or by Adkins Shake .. but it is not the same . I only get about 7 hours of rest at night due to the fact I have to get up so early .
I know my body is still adjusting to the surgery and the weight loss . I just pray it gets better . I am sure it will .
Good Luck to you ,
Natalie
