What did you eat today?
Well, I have been sick and have been drinking lots of tea, but yesterday my day consisted of:
B- unjury chocolate shake with 8 oz 2% milk
s - 6 ounces of cream of chicken soup
L - 8 ounces of vegetable soup
D - 6 ounces of Cream of chicken soup
Total was about 40 ounces of hot tea and 8 ounces of water. But with all the soups I had been eating and the breakfast (milk) I think I got in my fluids for the day. I know that can do better but it's hard and I feel like crap!

Breakfast - Protein Shake 50 g / 210 cal
Snack - 8 oz Light Yogurt 8g / 90 cal
Lunch - Lunchables - Cheese, Turkey & Crackers 19 g / 360 cal
Snack - 8 oz Chili (left overs) 13 g / 220 cal
Dinner - ???? Mostly veggies I am guessing.
Snack - SF Popcycle 20 cals
I am eating a bit more than usual today because yesterday I did cardio and weight training. Today I will just to cardio.On days following weight training I would get shaky not feel so hot if I exercised. I was told to bump up my protein and calories a bit. It really seems to help. I do that pretty easy by either a protein shake or a more substantial snack about an hour or two before the workout.
Now I am shooting for:
3 days of weights and cardio
2 days of cardio
and 2 days off for recovery.
