Ok here is what I ate today.
L-Protien shake
D- 1 ounce steak/with about 2 tbs mushroom gravy, 2 bites mashed potatoes, and 2 bites of green bean casserole.

Ate:
2 1/2 chicken strips and 1 tbs of beans.
Subway Turkey & Bacon Melt Wrap
6 Tbsp of Chicken Noodle Surprize
50g Protein Shake
1/2 of Peanuts and Walnuts
Exercise:
Walked 2-3 miles at the Mall (killing time w/ Wife Pedicure)
Walked/Jogged 2.8 miles at the gym on a tredmill in 40 minutes.
