Crabby

I am so crabby. I am really sick and tired of all these surgeries. Once I get over one and am able to be pretty much back to normal, on to the next one. I haven't complained about any of this at all, but today I just have to vent. 2 hernias is plenty for me....grrrrrrrrrrrrrr....and I don't know what to do or not do to prevent myself from having another one. Prior to this last one, I followed doctor's orders to a "t" in regards to the no lifting and all that junk. I even kept my binder on for 3 weeks night and day when he said I only needed it on for a week. Now I'm dealing with the binder again, my skin is reacting horribly to the dang steri strips....never had an adhesive issue until all these surgeries. I even ended up with a bad reaction to a dang band aid in the hospital. Anyway, I'm just bugged. Sorry for whining.....just needed to vent. You have every right to complain, hon. I'm so sorry you have been through all this. You have had WAY more than anyone's fair share of misery. Hopefully this will be the last one until plastics, which you won't need because you are so incredibly gorgeous. Hugs, Susan

Vent away! For all you've been through you're allowed! Just curious, have your doctors told you to increase your protein intake. I don't know if it would help you're hernia per se, but it will help you build muscle.

Hey Andrea, You have every right to whine. That is what we are here for. If you don't let it out you will go crazy, but I think it is too late for that...... I hope it does not hurt to laugh. Hang in there because you are a strong woman. I would have given up by now. Hugs, Chritine 307/225/150
