What did you eat today (Friday)
Well, today I haven't done real well. I think this is a topic to help us keep check on what were eating, plus to get ideas from others. /This is what I have had so far
B- skipped
L= 4 bites of cashew chicken, hardley any rice, the cream cheese out of a crab rangon, and half a cup of egg drop soup. I was stuffed!
D- probably either a few bites of salsberry steak, with potatoes, or Speghetti with meat balls. I can't decide yet.
Water intake is slow as usual...still working on my 1st 32 oz of water.
How is everyone else doing?

Well Brenda I am right there with you .
I had :
B : One 8 ounce of Nectar
About an hour later I had a sausage patty and half an egg.
L : Cherry Chicken Walnut Salad ..More chicken than anything .. and the dried cherries where devine !
D: I will have one Chicken Leg .. a couple tables spoons of augratin potaties and steamed carrots .
Before I go to bed I will down another Protein shake .. but I have been so bad about not eating and I am really getting dizzy from it .. Help !
I barely am getting my water in .. my day at work is so hectic I just do not have time . I guess I am going to have to make time HUH ..
ooo I forgot .. 5 FF Saltine Crackers ..
