Well, today started out kinda slow.

L- piece of turkey
slice of cheese
lettuce, little bit of mayo
S- cup of bean soup
So far very litle water, but i will get in atleast 36 oz...hopefully

SNACK - THREE WHEAT CRACKERS WITH CHEESE
LUNCH - SMALL CHILI FROM WENDY'S
SNACK - TWO SLICES OF DELI HAM
SUPPER - GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST & GREEN BEANS
SNACK - S/F ICE CREAM SANDWICH
WATER AND VITAMINS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. I NEED TO GET IN MORE WATER.
