Hey all, It has been a while since I posted over here. I mostly lurk and see how everyone is. Sounds like all is well. Contrats to everyone on their weight loss so far. I am down 71 pounds, which is about average. Gotta start walking more. Anyhoo...hope everyone has a great week. Michele M

Dear Michele, I am so happy to hear of your success! That's great! I will be 5 mo post-op in two days and I am @ 190, down from 270. It's slower going now, but we must focus on the amazing truth that we have become vastly different people in a matter of just a few months. It's so nice to have the energy to live life as the gift it is! Keep up the good work! Krystal
