Too cheap to buy clothes!

Hi Everyone, I am feeling pretty froggy today. I am too cheap to buy any clothes to wear until my size stablizes a little. I can't see buying things every month since I go down about one size every 4 weeks. So, I bum clothes off of all my skinny friends (they have always seemed skinny to me but they're of average wt). The 16's I had borrowed were getting pretty loose on me so I asked a friend if she had any pants that she had gotten too small for. She brought out a pair and I looked at the lable and it was a 12. I was really hunting for a 14. I said yeah right not for quite a while. But when I got home just for kicks I tried to get them on...AND THEY ZIPPED!!! I could not believe it. I was in middle school the last time I could fit into a 12. I will be 5 months post-op on 10/18 and I am down from 270.5 to 190 for a total of...drumroll please...80.5 pounds. Hey Krystal, congrats on the weight loss yes this surgery is suck a blessing I am sooo greatful for this opportunity. Thought the day would never come. I actually still can't believe it. I was in NYC last week and we went shopping at the outlets. My boyfriend was like go in there go in here. And I was mad cuz they didn't have a lane bryant. I said no I can't fit any of these stored they don't have my store. LOL my mind is still set on me being servely obese. I could buy clothes out those stored in a XL. WoW can't believe that. Hi Krystal, I know exactly what you are going through.. I love it. I feel so good. I've gone from a size 3x to a Lg in 4 months. I started at about 302 lbs and last week I was 210 lbs. Can't wait to get to under 200.. Congrats on your wt loss.. WLS is awesome.. My Manager at work was giving away a coat that was like brand new,and its really nice. I told her I needed a coat,(I having been looking for a coat for awhile at Goodwills etc..) So she gave it to me,it is a size Lg. I was afraid it might not fit..But it did. ~Jeanne -88 lbs

Krystal, I to am to cheap to buy any cloths at a store, even wal-mart. What I do though is I go to thrift stores...that is where I buy everything. I buy jeans there for 1.00. Nice jeans to boot. I will not even buy from a consignment store as that is to expensive as we grow out of them to fast. Our town has a Ministeral alliance...it is where alll the churches donate to the thrift store. They have awsome cloths VERY CHEAP. You might check into these type of stores. Good luck! Brenda 248/175/???
