Just wanted to check in with my fellow

peeps who had surgery in May....hope everyone is doing well and thangs. To date I have lost 67lbs and lots of inches...how is everyone elses WL going? Again, just wanted to pop in and say hello and hope you all are enjoying this journey as much as I am Cherrion

Boy if we aren't close- I too have lost 67 pounds! Question- do you sometimes feel like you are eating too much- I am so scared of gaining any weight back. On the flip side congrats on the weight loss- keep it up!

Cherrion, And a big hello to you .. my journey has been great . I started at 297 and now down to 204. 93 pounds . And went from size 24 -26 to 14 16. It is amazing ... I wish I had done this sooner . It is has been such and eye opener to me . Keep up your amazing work ... Natalie
