HOLY COW!!!! You are doing great! How did you lose so quickly? Please tell me your secrets. What do you eat in a typical day and how much to you exercise? I am not losing much at all lately, and I started to exercise about 3 weeks ago, and I go 4-5 times a week to the gym. I even take a spinning class...and it's hard work! I feel good but wnt to lose more and I have trouble still drinking enough in a day. I usually end up drinking about 30-45 ounces a day only. You're doing great!!!! CONGRATS!

thx for the pat on the back girls!! to be totally honest,i just follow the guidelines the best that i can. i try very hard to get in at least 60 grams of protein everyday,but sometimes i don't. i exercise 5 days a week with leslie sansone's 2 mile walk aerobics tape,and i TRY to get in my water. i honestly think that our bodies just all react differently to this surgery and we all lose at our own pace,no matter what. i'm sure i will slow down and you guys will catch up to me. you have all done great!!!! hugs, tracy
