O Bla di O bla DAH

Life goes ONNNNNNNNNN, yeahhhhhhhh, lalalala life goes on. Today is my 4 month date, and to my surprise, I'm at 183.8. This is 61.2 pounds since my surgery! I am happy and healthy and active and my skin looks good and my body feels comfortable and I have more energy and I just FEEL GREAT! Sure, things outside my control will continue to challenge my ability to cope without food abuse, but I WILL be triumphant! Thanks everyone for your help! Hugs, Susan

You GO Susan!! You sound so confident and happy! I am almost jealous except for the fact that I feel pretty much the same way!! I am down 77.5 pounds since surgery and have a much farther way to go than you, but we will be winners in this losing journey, right? Right!!! Sing O Bla di bla DAH!!!!!

Susan, Life certainly does continue to go on and it's a good life, isn't it??? CONGRATS on your weight loss and much much more continued success to you!!!! Yesterday was my 4 month anniversary, and I don't have a clue how much I've lost... (gonna weigh myself at the gym on Thursday).
