Anyone Else Stalled???
YES! I have been stuck at 222 for god knows how long. I have tried increasing my protein (yuck) and have increased my water. I have varied my workouts so that I am shocking my system every 5 minutes when I am on the treadmill. I am having no luck though. I think I am losing inches, but it is hard to measure yourself.
ANYONE have any good ideas, Please let me know too!

My whole experience has been strange. In one week i can loose 7-10 lbs.. then for the next week I ONLY loose inches then the next week nothing... but it all starts over again. In 4 months I am down 65 lbs. Wi**** would go faster.. but in the last week I have seen a HUGE improvement. Down from a size 28 to a 12-14. ;) YEAH!
I too see high "stall out" times around my period.. but LOOK OUT..once tha****er weight is gone.. HELLO 4-5 lbs in 2 days!!!
