Jan 2004 262 Apr 2004 257 Surg day 245 Today 191 Goal 135-150 Other indicators of "where I'm at": 65 minutes on the elliptical trainer (supposedly the equivalent of 5 miles), able to play with kids without scaring them with my red sweaty face and huffing and puffing, able to go up and down the stairs in my home without thinking about it, wearing really baggy size 18s, happily having my picture taken, walking with a little bounce in my step, feeling strong! At dinner with friends last night, I referred to myself as "the resident fat person" and my husband told me I couldn't claim that any more, that it was simply not true! I wish the loss hadn't stalled the last couple of weeks; the only thing I've been doing more of is working out, and I'm not willing to give that up-it makes me feel too good. Hugs, Susan
