90 pounds already!

This has me boggled. I dont feel any different but according to the scale I am down 90 pounds! My clothes are big and most dont fit anymore. I have picked up some size 18's and still shake my head when they fit. I am ready for it to slow down a little bit 6-9 pounds per week is just a lot in my oppinion. Also a new development is that my hair is starting to fall out. There was a post on protien shakes that had a lemon or lemonade protien powder as an ingredient in one of them. I have looked everywhere and can not find it. Any ideas? TIA -Gerriann 15 weeks post op 90 pounds gone forever! 341/249/???

Holy Frijoles, Batman! That's some amazing weight loss! You are doing so incredibly well. Please tell me you feel SOME difference. Going up stairs maybe? Or reaching things in the shower? Nectar makes a Roadside Lemonade protein drink. It's available at Susan Maria's website in sample sizes. I think her site is bariatriceating.com. I haven't tried my sample yet, as I'm having way too much fun getting my protein from food sources (and my nutritionist looked at me like I had a fungus on my nose when I told her I was drinking two drinks a day). I normally get the Fuzzie Navel -but this time I ordered the Very Berry . I am switching up . They are great . The sad thing is I can not find them anywhere but on her site . I ran out Thursday and it takes about 4 days to get another order . What is your exersise like ? It just sounds like you got it together girl . Congrats ! Nat
