Water & vitamins!!
Does anyone else still have problems getting in all of their water? Some days I seem to do alright then othere like today....I feel like I have hardly drank anything. Not on purpose but w/o even thinking. I would also like to know what kind of vitamins everyone is taking right now. Chewable or regular? What type of b-12? etc....

Getting the water in is very hard some days. On days I have problems with my water intake, I try to eat some melon as it is mostly water.I also substitute liquids like Crystal Light Lemonade, Minute Maid Light drinks and decaf tea with Splenda. As far as vitamins, I could not tolerate the chewable vitamins so I take the One A Day Essentials tablets. I also take a B12 injection once a month. Just remember everything gets better with time. I have to keep reminding myself of this because I want it all now.

I understand how you feel about not drinking enough water some days. I don't think I do very good either most days. I have a hard time during the week,cause I work at a hospital and I'm so busy doing patient care that I don't have time to stop and take a drink. I worry about it.
I take "One Source" adult high potency formula multivitamin. (these are oral pills)
GNC B-12 sublilingal (under the tongue) cherry flavored 1000mcg
calicum pills with vit D

Hi Julie! I am still taking the two Flintstones chewables a day and then a B-Complex pill every day and two chewable iron pills and also a Calcium with magnesium and zinc twice a day. I rarely get all of my water in, but I try to drink other things to help. Plain water gets so boring. You might want to email the OH support people about getting your picture to show up in your message. I don't know how they do that but those people are really a big help and all volunteers.
Thank you all for the suggestions. I am going to go out today and get a new multi-vitamin. I think I will just try a little harder to get my fluids in. We will see how that goes!

Here is a list of what I take everyday:
1 Prenatal Vitamin
Actigall (to prevent gall stones) 2x day
Pepcid AC 2x day
1 B-12 Tablet 500mg
1200 mg Calcium Citrate
3000 mcg Biotin
B-Complex w B-12 Sublingual 1x week
I take all my medicine everyday but I have a hard time getting my water in. I make sure I get in at least 75 grams of protein in by drinking shakes and that count for 20oz of fluids per day. I drink 20oz of hot green tea sweetened with Splenda per day. I also drink fresh lemonade with Splenda everyday. I still try to get at least 20oz of pure water in per day but sometimes it's hard.
I wear my water ! LOL meaning it goes with me where ever I do . No matter what . I try to get in at least 64 oz .
My vitamins - I take One Source Pre-Natal - 2 Tabs in the morning and 2 at night .
I just found an awesome Calcium . Nature Made Advanced Calcium for High Absorption-and w/ 100 mg of Phytonutrients - ( blueberry ect )
IT contains both Calc Carb and Calc Citrate with Magnesieum.
I take 2 B12 a day . No more than 500 mcg a day .
And last but not least - the ever nasty Cod Liver Oil .. for me A and D .
