Shinking Your Clothes???

OK, I was doing laundry today. (Yes, men can do laudry!) Anyway I found myself over drying my clothes in hopes they would shrink. When I realized what I was doing I started to laugh out loud. My wife gave me a puzzled look. I told her what I was doing, she had a good laugh too. Anyone else trying to shrink their clothes in hopes of keeping them a little longer?

Me, me, me! Yes, I have some size 24 clothes that I wear and in reality I wear a size 18. So, I wash the 24's and over dry them. They are still too big. I love my pants and hate the fact that I will have to get rid of them. However, I am so delighted to wear an 18 and went and bought some new things yesterday. I hope I can wear them through the winter but that is unrealistic also. I'm sure in a month or two the 18's will be too big also. I have found that hand me downs or resale clothes are faded and somewhat ugly. I'm picky.

Hey Trudy, don't forget, men lose weight much faster than we women do. So don't knock your 59 lbs. - you're doing great too!

Yes, 59 is awesome! Also, I started out bigger than most folks so that helps me loose quicker at first - besides being a man. Also, going to the gym and/or walking 1-2 miles a day hasn't hurt!
