Well , I am at 67 pounds and counting . I measured nite before last and have lost a total of about 45 inches . The most dramatic is in my waist and my legs . I can say I went thru a week or so where the scale did not move -- and yes ( I stopped Pimping my scales ) Now since I have upped my protein , water and walking . It is coming off like mad . Granted I am not eating a lot as I just am not ever hungry .. I only eat when it is time to eat . But the thing I have noticed the most is .. when I walk and walk .. the following Sunday when I weigh --- off those pounds go .. So - if you are at a point where the scales seem to be at a halt .. Get out those walking shoes and start out . I use a CD player and listen to top 40 music or the ole 70's Like Rick James .. Just do it .. and I sleep so so much better .. Heres to all the MAY BABIES .. Always, Natalie

You are so right!! I'm down 65 lbs. and I notice that since I've been going to the gym regularly and walking on the treadmill at least 2 miles each time... and doing my weight training, that the weight is coming off!! I do need to concentrate on getting in more protein, but I can't stand chicken and tuna and all that stuff anymore... In fact, there are very few foods that I can tolerate these days. I find I am not throwing up as much as I was, but I still throw up at least 5 times a week. I do sleep better too... and I am tired a lot, but I know it's cuz I'm using a lot of energy and I'm not getting in enough protein. But I'm working on it!! I even decided to use my "grocery money" to hire a personal trainer at the gym, and he is kicking my butt!!! I've never worked out as hard as that man has me working... If anything will work, that will!!! So, that's something to think about... all the money I'm saving on groceries, will go to pay for his sessions... and it's worth every penny!! Anyway, I agree... keeping moving is what it's all about!! Congrats on your weight loss... I'm 2 lbs. behind you... (but I have to stop comparing... that's my other horrible habit... and I have to stop!!) Keep on losing... my fellow May Sistah!! Aloha, Loree - 65 lbs. By the way... finally got a pix posted... and it really makes you realize what that whole "before" thing was!! It makes me wanna puke!!

You are doing so well Natalie! I hope that when I get over this little GB thing, I'll be able to go back to the gym. Right now, it's all I can do to go to work every day and do my stuff around the house. I'm still losing, but it's slower than I'd like. I think being well enough to exercise will help alot. I'm not complaining though. I still feel like a new woman and can do more than I ever could in early May.

Wow, Natalie-you're doing GREAT!!! My pal and I started exercising daily a few weeks ago, and we've been going to the gym for the past 2 weeks. The elliptical trainer is my new friend. My pal and I seem to have some strange version of "chicken" going on, where neither one of us wants to be the first to step off the thing. This has been very good for us-we're working harder and longer each time. The first week of this, the scale went down by almost a pound a day, but this week it's stalled again. It's all normal, I'm trying not to sweat it (except at the gym). Next week the Fall Semester begins. I'm taking a weight training class, so hopefully the extra muscle mass will boost my metabolism. Way to go on the 67 pounds, gorgeous!!! Hugs, Susan

Well I try to walk about 2 miles . Here in Va it is really humid . So last night I went out and bought 2 tabeo tapes. I am going to try them out here shortly . I had my 3 mo check up yesterday and am waiting on my lab results . My NP said I was right on track and doing great . But now I have to start Vitamin a and D as she is not sure I am getting enough , and calcium. But all the calcium citrate pills are so big .. I am so proud of all of us . Gosh look how far we have come . Well take care sweety , Nat

Nat - I HATED the calcium citrate pills - like eating chalk pieces. So, I switched to KAL Cal-Mag+. It's a liquid and tastes great. I have tried both the Orange and Pineapple flavors. Both are very smooth and not chalky at all. The orange isn't as sweet but thinner than the pineapple. Just for variety I switch them around - a bottle of orange then a bottle of pineapple. I get them at the Vitamin Shoppe, both at the store and online. John

Hi Natalie, Thanks for the motivational boost that most of us need on occasion. I have lost 73 lbs,and noticed that this week I have slowed down alot in my weight loss. I really need to find time to walk. I plan to star****er aerobics next month. I was walking ,but have'nt been lately. Thanks for the reminder of how well we will feel when we "Move it!!" ~Jeanne
