I just want to thank everyone for all of the supportive messages I have received from being down on myself the other day. I am happy to report from my weigh-in yesterday that I now down 66.5 pounds! The scale finally DID move! It is so great that we have this wonderful place to go to where so many others understand. God Bless all of you!

Keep a positive attitude. The scale will keep moving. I am so happy for you. Feels good to have that other person gone off your body forever. My cousin is nine and he weighs 70lbs. I can't believe we both have about one of hime off of us. We are getting finer by the moment.
