My New Pic .. Amazing what 62 pounds will do .

I too have a new pic up . I wi**** where not so grainy . I am feeling really good and down 62 pounds . I have been having a problem with a bad back ache . Others that have had surgery are telling me it is from the exersise and the weight loss . I hope that everyone is well and your journey is steady . Loves yass Nat

Yeeaaaa I get in a hurry sometimes and drink to fast - or eat to fast .. but It takes me back to what rules here . The pouchy .. God where would we be with out this .. NAT!!! Girl, you look maaahvelousssss!!!! Its incredible how we change so drastically. 62 pounds i'm so jealous. I'm happy to report to you that i'm not pimpin the scale this week lmao! Since last Friday its been in the top of dh's closet and I havent peeked even once. I'm going to try to make it to my next appt on the 26th but that may be pushing it a bit lol.
