Those are some beautiful kids ya got there. They must take after their Mama. How are you feeling today? Here's a big (((((hug))))) in case you need it (or even if you don't). I know the plateaus can really get you down. How is everything ELSE going? You are clearly doing great at monitoring and controlling your food intake, which is a huge part of the battle (won) right there. Hang in there and email me if you want a sympathetic ear. Hugs, Susan
