I have noticed that, since my surgery, I gag VERY easily. Taking vitamins and brushing my teeth never fail to give me the gags. Gross things, too, like cleaning out the litter box or scraping off the kids' dishes after supper, set me off. I never had this problem before--anybody else experiencing this change or is this just a Freaky Me Thing? ~Jennifer -57 lbs. 63 to go!

Yes, it's a weird problem. However, I gag easy now too, so don't feel all alone. Wish I had a solution.

Not so weird, I gag with a lot things now. Once I am finished eating, the leftovers have to go! I cannot stand to look at, or smell food. Another thing driving me insane is that my sense of smell is much more keen than before. I work with a lady who smokes, and just reeks and I have to walk thru the office holding my breath until I get into mine, and hit the air freshener to get the smell out of my nose! (Smoke is not her only issue, she is not a very clean lady) I knew some things would change with this surgery, but I did not expect that the sense of smell and taste would change so dramatically.
