I have to share this with folks who understand how great this feels: I went shopping and, for the first time in almost 10 years, I was able to buy clothes that were not plus-sized!!!!! I have gone from a size 20/22 to a size 14/16! In the words of James Brown: I FEEL GOOD!

I know how you feel. I went shopping yesterday and I bought size 18 and I was able to fit into a shirt size XL. I was so happy!!! I was in a size 22/24 mostly 24's. I does feel so good and everyone who see me always says WOW you are looking so good.
