Hey all, I have been looking into getting a new exercise dvd. I have decided that I am really tired of looking at Richard Simmons and Sweating to the oldies. While looking at the "Walk away the Pounds" dvd's I came across some Salsa dance lessons. Has anyone tried this? Just looking for something different to help me. Thanks for your opinions! Michele -40

Hi Michele- I haven't tried the salsa dance lessons but they sound fun. I shop for my exercise videos at an online site called collagevideo.com and they rate all the videos as well as having reviews and other good things available. I keep wanting to get the bellydancing videos but I can't get past the image of me falling on the floor laughing hysterically at myself . Maybe in the months to come. I have a Pilates DVD I'm dying to try but I am not cleared for ab work for another month. My abs (more like flabs) could really use some work, too. I like my Tae Bo video for getting out free-floating aggression (or aggression with someone's face on it ). Post again when you get your new workout-I want to hear all about it! Hugs, Susan

Michele - I have a couple that I like and have thrown away a bunch I have tossed out. Yoga for Dummies was great - especially if you have never done yoga. An Taebo - it's deceptively easy looking but it can keep you going. John
