Wow...you are doing really great!! We had surgery on the same day...19th and we started about the same as well...I started at 275...but I am down only 46lbs....at 229lbs....so what is your secret

Everyone is doing so well! I am down 40 lbs Started at 308 current weight 268 surgery date was 5/24/04 I am a bit on the slow side, but I feel great.
