Being surrounded by people who love me. Having lots of support in my journey, both online and in real life. My sweetie, Ken. Having hope for a healthy, happy future. My dogs. New clothes that fit (and are smaller than I've worn in YEARS)

I am thankful bcause I have had my wls on 5/13 I am age (49) and I had surgery the same day with my son Andrew (21). 1) Andrew swims in the pool every day with no shirt on - he never even went into the pool in 6 years because of his size. 2) He is going out and socializing with friends. 3) I can wear clothes I haven't worn in years and can walk for miles. I thank God for these little blessings!!!!

1) My loving and supporting wife. 2) My dog. 3) Our cats - all 5 of them. 4) Being pain free. 5) Loving exercise again.

Great idea to focus on the positives, Tina! ~my twins, their unconditional love, and their 5-yr-olds' energy ~my family & co-workers (who are like a 2nd family) for their support ~the beauty of the Earth ~baggy jeans ~cheese & crackers (which keep me from starvation)
