Hi back to you......I am doing wonderful.....50 lbs gone forever!!!! I can't remember the last time in my life that I have felt this good. I have had no complications of any kind...I have been eating my required food "almost" everyday. Sometimes it's hard to eat enough protein in a day but most days I make it. Nothing has made me sick yet. I am almost back into "regular" sized clothes and I am so excited about that. In just another couple of months I should be into 18's with no problem!!! It is so nice to be back enjoying life instead of just existing!!! Hope you are doing well also!!!!

Hiya Natalie, I'm doing great and enjoying life again. I'm finding that regular foods are just a tad bit more filling. I see they need a little extra chew time to break them down to be comfy for my pouch. So, my biggest obsticle would be eating a variety of foods and chewing them slowly enough. My biggest accomplishments would be remaining active and getting back into prepregnancy clothes that I wore 4 years ago. I'm into about a 16 right now. I have worn a few 14's. Christie

Hello, My Favorite Irish Empress! I'm doing much better these days-nausea is almost entirely gone, I can eat a wider variety of things although I obsess over protein. My biggest accomplishment to date has been avoiding sugar. The biggest obstacle I've had is my laziness. I can't seem to get myself to exercise and it's worrying me. I'm visiting the in-laws in TN right now, so I don't have my treadmill and the heat outside is stifling. Excuses excuses. Basically I'm just lazy. Add to that the desire to nap all day every day and you have one VERY lazy Susan. This too shall pass. I'm having a hard time seeing my weight loss but others (and my clothing) assure me that it's there. I'm down about 30 lbs. Hope all is going great with you! Hugs, Susan

Thanx Natalie for asking... My biggest obsticle... so far is ordering a plate when I know I will only eat a few bites. Another obsticle is... craving something and getting it and it does not taste near as good as it used to? My biggest accomplishment is... getting into all the clothes that I loved that I have had for years. I even had to wash them because they had been in the closet for so long they had dust across where the hanger is! ByeBrenda 283/239/170?

I have same obstacles... ordering bigger thank I know I can eat or even going to grocery store and buying food that I think I will eat and not fixing it. My cabinet is stocked with soup, can salmon, healthy frozen dinners, salmon steaks... for some reason I think I have to buy this stuff. But then nothing sounds good or when I try something I use to love it just doesn't taste as good anymore. But that is a GREAT thing!!!

Helllooo Natalie I'm doing fine. My biggest obstacle is finding time to drink my water during the day at work. I'm a nurse and not allowed to have drinks in the patient care area due to OSHA regulations. Most days, I get my 64 oz in, though. My biggest accomplishment is making myself join Ladies Workout Express. It's sort of like Curves and I have been 3 times. I have to be real firm with myself to go and I hope that will get easier with time. I'm lazy. LOL I've lost 38 pounds as of today. I wi**** were more.. but I'm not complaining!

You have been such an inspiration to me-you are following the rules and have a positive focus! I imagine being firm with yourself with get easier as you get firmer. Aw shucks-that was funnier in my head. Hugs, Susan

It was pretty cute! LOL. I hope I find that going to work out will get easier with time though. I hate to exercise. Despise it actually. I feel certain that when you get more energy, you will make yourself work out. Have faith in yourself. I'm glad your nausea is better. It's miserable to know you need to eat and not be able to tolerate the food. I never imagined it until I have experienced it post-op. I'm lucky that it only happens rarely. BTW, I'm not positive all the time. I don't post when the hormones are raging and I'm sobbing for no good reason. Pity the folks that have to deal with me then!
