HELP MAJOR PROBLEM!!!!!!!

Girls and Guys I am need I am having a major pain in my left side and in my back on the left side I called my surgeon today and they sent me for blood work and also a UA the nurse said she thought it was my kidneys I have never had problems with my kidneys is their any one else with this problem they also told me they wanted put in a feeding I am scared don't know what to do I know I don't want a feeding tube but I don't want to be sick either what to do
