Food and Excercise

My orders were 4 oz --> 6 oz from 8 weeks ---> 6 months gradually increasing. I am 10 weeks and sometimes I feel like eating 4 oz is WAY to MUCH still... other times I think I could eat more. For me it depends on the type of food. I eat 2 protein shakes a day and 3 meals.
I was told NO stomach exercises for at least 12 weeks - and if possible wait longer. I am doing arms and chest - but no abs. I do use both a treadmil and eliptical machine which seems to help with the lower abs. Right now, I am not so concerned with the abs as much as get more of a cardio and fat burning workouts in.

Hi Yvette, I am 7 weeks out and I see a personal trainer 3 times a week. I am doing fine with ab exercises once a week. I tried them with light weights and I felt no pulling. I guess it depends on how you feel. It has helped my tummy go down in inches. I was told the weight trainging is much better at burning fat and increasing matabolism instead of cardio. I do cardio on my off days with the trainer and as a warm up. Keep up the good work!
