I am having trouble taking in enough protein. It is nauseating to me. Would appreciate any help.

Hi, I know what you mean. I have found that I do better with the drinks made with water. Fruit punch, lemonade, stuf like hat. Try this site. bariatriceating.com Good luck. tina

I just started using Unjury. I have the vanilla and the unflavored. I love the vanilla mixed with Crystal Light Sunrise orange. The unflavored is great since you can add it to food (soup, yogurt, cream of wheat) or to beverages.

There are loads of places on the Net to buy protein, but the two I know of that do sample sizes are bariatriceating.com and vitalady.com I do best on ProPlete Very Berry mixed with Crystal Light Sunrise. Yum, yum. I use Unjury Unflavoured in soups and gaucamole and mashed potatos (not that I'm eating taters but it doesn't hurt to protein up my family). I have yet to find a chocolate I really like but I'm using Champion Whey Stack and it's tolerable. I just ordered Pro Score 100 chocolate, I'm hoping I like it better. I use sugar free syrups to doctor things up. Look at davincigourmet.com The one protein drink I HATE and which everyone raves about is Nectar Fuzzy Navel. Ick, ick, ick, ick, ick. Did I say ick? Oh, and KEY for me is a cup with a lid. If I have to smell these things there's now WAY I'm getting them down. Good luck.

Sorry, I forgot to say that I can't mix anything with dairy, the sugars in the milk kill me. I can't even do the Carb Countdown yoghurt...so what you're mixing with may have a big impact on how the protein shakes suit you. Cheers, Celia

Elena, I have tried several protein drinks and my favorite is Ultra Pure Protein drink that you find at Smoothy King. It is not the one they make you which has too much sugar it is the one in the can. It has 35g of protein, 2g sugar and 4g carbs. The frosty chocolate taste really good. I have not tried any other flavor. I don't know if you have a Smoothie King but the website on the can is...www.sportnutrition.com Hope this helps ByeBrenda
