Patsy, I had surgery that day too!!!!! ~*~*~*~*~YOu are doing GREAT!!!!! I laughingly say that my body is probably wanting to say, "WHERE IS MY SUGAR?? WHAT HAS THIS WOMEN DONE???" ROFL And yes, I'd rather be 'slow and steady' and maybe be able to 'tone things up' a bit... We're all very different?? Isn't that great?????? ((Hugs)) Debbie R. 5/7/04 Open RNY -43 lbs

I am losing about the same as you but I don't take in enough protein simply because the supplement I am taking is nauseating. Which one do you take? Elena

Patsy, My surgery was May 7th also!!! YIPPEE!!!!! I remember that the turtle WON that race!! LOL.... Gotta keep doing what we need to and the weight will GO!!! I just bet you've lost inches and that's great too!! Hang in there... Debbie R. A 5/7/04 also Open RNY -43 lbs
