Stupid question...
In general 8 x 8 for 64 oz of jus****er is the rule. But, if you can't stomach that much - as long as it's non-caffenated beverages (Crystal light, etc.) you should be OK. Here is an article abou****er and how much we should drink.
If I am working out - I try and get more than 64 oz in a day. Most times I do - sometimes I don't. Thirst happens!
