There is no such thing as a stupid question. I know you can count the water from Crystal Light toward your total. I think most doctor's say yes you can count protein drinks made w/water toward your total; however, mine never told me that so I don't. Christie

Tina, I was told by my doctor to count the water by it's self.

In general 8 x 8 for 64 oz of jus****er is the rule. But, if you can't stomach that much - as long as it's non-caffenated beverages (Crystal light, etc.) you should be OK. Here is an article abou****er and how much we should drink. If I am working out - I try and get more than 64 oz in a day. Most times I do - sometimes I don't. My Dr. Said you can count that as water. Any sugar free decaffenated drink. Karen 240/197/130

I think the Weigh****chers rule for water is that, if it's a non-calorie drink, you can count 1/2 of the amount toward your water. So, a 12 oz. glass of Crystal Light would be worth 6 oz. That may be wrong...it's been years since I was in Weigh****chers.
