Feeling Guilty, ate strawberry shortcake!
Hey all, I am feeling so bad. I gave in to temptation today and had a small amount of strawberry shortcake. I knew better but it looked so good. It didn't make me sick or anything, just feeling bad about the calories. My whole diet today was bad. I have to blame it on the holiday. Did any of you cheat today also? I'm gonna have to walk an extra mile tomorrow to make up for it. Debra
I cheated..... but I don't feel the least bit guilty about it! I had some of my mom's strawberry milkshake.
The way I see it.... I'm barely eating anything as it is, it takes a certain amount of cals to just exist and I know that I'm not eating any where near what it takes just for my body to work.
I've been having trouble for the past month and I'm lucky if I can keep any food down at all. I'm just glad that it didn't make me sick (like everything else does). I also had part of a burger patty that didn't make me sick. So today has been a good day for me.
The only thing I can think of I ate that was out of the ordinary for me was some boiled peanuts ... about 7 of them . I too am not taking in a lot of calories - so not too concerned . I did eat some watermellon - not much - it seems like the only thing that wants to sit well in my pouchy ...

Don't feel too guilty, I like to think back to the days of weigh****chers when they tell you that "cheating" once in awhile is not a bad thing as long as you don't get carried away with it and that way you don't deny yourself so long that when you do give in you gorge yourself (as much as we could even gorge!). The other day I have 2 baby spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and I don't feel a bit bad about it. Don't stress too much!
