Although I have never had a sleep study to diagnose my sleep apnea, I snored so much, so loudly, and could feel my weight cutting off my airway when I slept, so I'm almost positive that I had sleep apnea. Anyway, my parents told me that I sleep as quiet as a baby now! I'm so excited! Just wanted to share Anyone else have any huge milestones yet? These are what I rely on, since I really don't feel any lighter yet!

I had a sleep study and they said I was breathing really shallow and that kept waking me up. Hadn't gotten to full blown, stop breathing apnea, but I was well on my way! If I hadn't had surgery, they were talking about setting me up with a machine. Now, I sleep hard as a rock! I noticed it almost right away! However, I think my husband is probably more excited than I am, since I kept waking him up too before! Congratulations on your good night sleep and for being a "Loser"! Kathy H.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea 2 1/2 years ago and put on a C-pap machine. I used it religiously even in the hospital after surgery. Now I sleep like a baby and don't worry my wife. I hardly snore anymore. In fact my wife keeps waking me up sometimes just to make sure I'm OK I have lost about 75 lbs in 2 months. This is the first time I have been under 300 lbs in almost 3 years. I am looking forward to a visit with my older sister next month (who hasn't seen me in 2 years) and the surprise in her face when she sees me.
