Hi Hope everyone is doing well out there. I had a quick question about taking vitamins. I was told to take vitamin C and B complex but nothing was said about multiple vitamins and if so should they be liquid? I am 8 weeks out and not having much trouble. Still a little tired and confused about what to eat but feeling good. I have lost 36lbs to date and have 45 to go, I just take it all day by day. Thanks for all the help and support. Nancy

Hi Nancy, my doctor recommends also 2 flintstone chewables. I have also been taking isotonix multivitamin and mineral supplement. I purchased it from a support meeting. If you can't fine it let me know. I mix it with my protein or take it straight it takes like orande drink. tina

Centrum makes an adult chewable multivitamin...that's what I've been taking. I also take folic acid, vitamin B12, magnesium oxide, and 2 Citrical Ds. After one year, I can stop the folic acid and the mag. oxide but the calcium and the vitamins will be a "forever thing." ~Jennifer 245/201/125
