B: 1/2 Kashi GoLean protein & fiber bar
L: 1 slice of pizza
D: 3 oz. shrimp, 4 slices of grilled squash
water: 24 oz. (better than yesterday at least!)
I am curious about the popcorn...took my kids to the movies last week and really wanted a handful but I was afraid the hulls would bother me...
Also, OJ...I have been drinking it since about 2 wks out. When I have some, it's only 3-4 oz. I buy Tropicana Healthy Kids because I have one son who won't touch a glass of milk w/ a 10 ft. pole and this gets him his calcium, plus it has lots of other vitamins added. It's very mild tasting and goes down well.
