What did you eat yesterday.
Breakfast- 2 scoops Nectar in 12 oz water (50 g protein)
late afternoon snack-4 saltines, 1 oz cheese (9 g protein)
supper-1/4 c palak paneer (spinach Indian food with cheese-like things in it) and 4 1-inch cubes of chicken breast in curry sauce (??15g??protein)
Not the healthiest day-I know my nutritionist would be disappointed. I've been battling nausea and vomiting and pretty much have come to dread eating. The Indian food was an indulgence because we were out with friends but it was amazingly good and didn't make me want to afterwards until we went for a walk in the park. I didn't vomit after all-I heaved a couple of times but no food came up .
Thank God for protein drinks.

Lunch ~~ 2 tsp. egg salad on 2 crackers but so that doesn't count
Dinner ~~ 1 deli thin slice of deli chicken breast
evening ~~ Protein Drink 22G
Snack ~~ 5 cinnamon graham cracker sticks
So... let's see... how am I feeling??? 1 word answer "DEPRIVED"
But at least most things stayed in yesterday!!
