EVENING EATS!!
I do fine during the day with eating what I am supposed to!!
But, in the evening...I just want to eat. Yeah, it is "head hunger" cause I am really not hungry!!
What to do??? I try to turn over and read. Come online to the web site...but, I can just see food...when does this end??
Anyone else having this trouble??
How do you stay busy at night, 9:00 p.m. and on???

What about trying a bedtime snack? Munch a few cashews, have a string cheese stick dipped in marinara sauce, freeze a box of the "portable yogurt" and eat 1/2 of one...something to satiate you without overdoing it. If you let the hunger gnaw away at you, you're more likely to overdo or to choose something "bad." Better to make a healthy, lo-cal bedtime snack a part of your eating routine than to overindulge and regret it.
