Thursday - What cha been eatin ?
Well it is Thursday .. The 4th Friday of the week .
Today I have had so far ...
1 Adkins Protien Drink - 20 grams PT
Breakfast
2 slices of shaved ham ...
2 Fat Free Crackers
Lunch -
Proplete Gold Protein Drink - with soy milk - 27 grams PT
One tablespoon of chicken salad -- only to see if I liked it .. the jury is still out ...
For dinner I am hoping to try some shrimp - or taste the chicken salad again ... And do one more protein drink -BLAAAA
I know it does not seem like much - but is all I can tolerate ... or want ..
So how was your menu ?

I had a protein drink for breakfast 22G...
A little while ago (noon) I had 2 fat free club crackers with a tiny bit of egg salad on em'... and proceeded to throw up AGAIN!
Well... that was my menu...
Hmmmm... I guess dinner is gonna be good ole soup AGAIN!!
We had surgery the same day... and I still can't eat hardly anything without throwing up!!

breakfast:
1/2 Kashi protein bar (oatmeal raisin)
lunch:
Boca Burger (no bun) w/ ketchup & mustard
dinner:
2 oz. tuna salad w/ 3 Townhouse crackers
evening snack:
2 oz. cashews
Tried the First Harvest drink from Wal-Mart that someone had mentioned. It's pretty good (tried cherry limeade), but a little sweet so I had to dilute it. But I was a BAD girl in that I only drank about 12 oz. of water today!
Breakfast - 1 small poached egg w/half slice ww toast
Lunch - 1 oz crab salad, 1 oz 2% cheddar cheese, 4 ww crackers
Dinner - 2 oz shredded pork, 1 slice tomato
Snack - 1 hood carb countdown yogurt w/ 1/3 sliced banana
Water-about 50oz so far
Will try to have one protein shake before bed.
I didn't do great today. The shredded pork isn't supposed to be in my diet until after Tue. We had relatives in for the holiday and I splurged. It went down great.
