7 week check up

I'm down 45 lbs!! I'm so happy. I have been having problems here and there but when I hear how much I've lost... it makes it all worth while. Hope everyone else is doing great!

It's like a miracle. I think the biggest miracle is it happens without significant hunger!

-27 1/2 for me and still holding. i just wish a 5# chunk would fall off already so i'd be reassured i'm doing things correctly. i feel good and have little problem eating, as usual. congratulations on your 45#'s!!! gail
