Hi Yvette, We're at the same week out and I am doing everything I can to cnage things up. Today I had some Keto Banana Nut hot cereal (lots of protein), for lunch some healthy choice ham and turkey and a mozz cheese stick and for dinner I'll be having wendy's chili with light cheddar + added soy crumbles in mexican spice flavor. I have done a lot of different things with the food options, so feel free to ask me for some ideas. What types of things have you been eating nad what are you sick of? If I look at another scrambled egg I feel like I'm gonna sprout wings and a beak. But, I'm still on them cuz they're fast and simple and go down well- THAT is key. Do you like hummus?

Hi Yvette, I am 5 wks post-op and I've found that if I can put it on a cracker, I can eat it...cheese, tuna, turkey, peanut butter...as long as I can set it on a cracker or two, I don't have problems w/ nausea. I've also had lots of luck with soup. Not the best summertime food, but if it works
