Monday Question

Have you been having unusual dreams? I've had the oddest dreams the last couple of weeks. Every night I have some weird eating moment in my dreams where I mess up and have a whole hot fudge sundae and THEN remember about dumping. Or one dream I took a large bite of steak and chewed like I used to and then panicked about getting blocked. Anyone else with weird dreams? Hugs, Susan

Yes! I've had some strange dreams also. They seem to be tapering off a bit now. When I was in the hospital right after surgery I had some REALLY wild ones. I dreamed I was eating all types of foods. I was eating chips and then realized I had the surgery and asked my coworkers to please help me because I couldn't remember I wasn't supposed to eat them. I had a dream the other night that I swallowed gum. I woke up gagging trying to get it out. I went through a similar thing when I quit smoking 4 years ago. It's kind of funny, but can be scary. I've been having lots of dreams about food too! Actually my dreams extreme from being made the chef in our cafe at work and everyone loving my cooking, they had to ask me to extend my hours and no one left the plant to eat lunch anymore...to going through the drive through at Dairy Queen and ordering a DQ Ulitmate cheeseburger with bacon and a oreo blizzard...major food cravings Sweet dreams Michelle

Yes, I have been having very usual dreams. Just this weekend I had a dream I was in prison, then I got moved out into the hills somewhere. Hosted by the deliverance gang and Sissy Spacek. To get away I had to chop all their arms off with axes. I've also had a lot of dreams about people I went to college with and haven't thought of in ages. Valena Lap RNY 5/3/04

Hmmmm, I must be weird. I'm not remembering any strange dreams but I sure enjoyed reading about everyone else's!!

nope no dreams here... but with a 2yr 9 month here at home after work, I sleep sound. Hubby says the house could come down around me and I would not wake up. Diane Lap RNY -37.5#

My dreams have been a little on the wierd side also. The main parts of the dreams arent too wierd, but there are little things that r..like walls made from candy bars..and food fights in the middle of meetings. im not craving any foods when i am awake so i guess my subconcience(sp?) is taking care of the cravings for me...so i cant complain. bring on the choc waterfalls tanya f

I haven't really been dreaming about food but my dreams have been SO VIVID and I can remember every detail. It is like when I was pregnant! During both pregnancies my dreams were so real. Now I get the great dreams and my tummy is getting smaller instead of bigger! ~ * Alice Ann * ~ 274/240/140

My dreams have been really weird and vivid lately, and I have been remebering them a lot more than I did before surgery. I had one dreama few nights ago that I was out with my brother drinking beer ( really weird because I have never had beer in my life). We were at some pizza place, and I was thinking about how I couldn't have any pizza because of surgery. The next second I had some coke in my hand and I drank and entire 16 oz cup of it. I woke up all panicked and thinking about I was a stupid failure. I still don't know why my subconcious thought the beer was ok.
