Gatorade
Gatorade was my best friend after about a week after my surgery. I was dehydrated and ended up in the ER. The doctors there told me to drink as much gatorade as I could for the next few days. I too was concerned about the sugar. I did notice though that it tasted extremely sweet to me...and I always loved that stuff!!! I diluted it and it sat much better with me. I saw the nutritionist at my surgeon's office the other day and she said to stay away from it because the sugar will slow your weight loss. Me, personally, I feel that as long as you are getting in all of your fluids outside of a glass of gatorade, it won't hurt you. It didn't hurt me. My suggestion...if you can stand to dilute it....DO IT!!! The less sugar the better!!
I hope this helped!!

Thanks for you help!! Yes, I have tried Crystal Light and found I like the Wylers better. It is the same as Crystal Light, but to me the Crystal Light has an aftertaste. I like the Wylers pink lemonade, but it does not quench my thirst like Gatorade. And water is hard to get down. A friend of my did introduce me to this water made by Trinity. It's a mineral water and the taste is sooo pure. He purchases it from a health food store. This is the only water I can gulp down by the case.
