Catching up and feeling relieved...

Well, after ready these post I know I'm not alone here I'm having many of the same problems most of you are having...you can read my updated journal if you like...in addition I can't tolerate water, I will try to add some lemon and see if that helps keep it down?? I pretty much get sick on everything but creamed soups...I keep trying though and hopefully one day something will agree with my stomach and I don't care how bored I get with it, I promise to eat and drink it I'm back at work and I find that going out at lunch time, helps make the day better...I feel exactly like I did when I was pregnant with my two children...so I know the gray skies will leave one day, and until then I'll just keep smiling I also seem to be loosing at about the same rate...-34lbs...I'm happy about the loss, but like others, would be happier if I felt better...one of my coworkers told me today, that even though I don't have pain and aside from the naseau (sp?) my body still knows what I did to it and until it is ready to move on, I just have to do the best I can...my mind is ready, but physically I just can't yet Oh, well, I hope everyone has a good day and drink a glass of water for me Best wishes, Michelle

Michelle, have you tried crystal lite? The orange crystal lite mixed with vanilla, bannana creme protein powder is really good. 1 scoop of protein powder to 8oz. of make-up crystal lite. Just a thought, Dianna

I can barely tolerate the lemonade crystal lite...I did make a protein dessert if anyone is interested...I modified another reciepe... Dissolve 1 pkg sugar free jello (Strawberry) with 1 1/2 cups ho****er. Add 1 scoop all whey protein (or your favorite fruit flavored). Stir until completely dissolved. Add 1 cup ice cubes and stir until conjiled, remove unmelted ice. Add 2 cups Cool whip Free or lite...there is only a few gms sugar diff in the cool whips. Add 1 cup fruit (strawberries) finley chopped. Put in the frig and let set up about and hour. My daughter and son loved the stuff...I however seem to have become lactose intolerant which I hope will pass, but I wasn't able to eat it...it is really creamy and got 4 thumbs up at my house...the protein is totally undetectable. I really just seem to do well with hot and ice tea, and juicy juice orange tangarine does well on my tummy. I also know I'm not supposed to use a straw to drink, but I seem to be able to drink more when I do use a straw...I see my dr on Wed. and will make sure this won't hurt anything, but for now, the way I see it if it goes down and stays down, then that's how I'm going to do it
