An update on me....

Well, I am a little over 3 weeks post op, and I am currently down 21 pounds and 29 inches. I've only thrown up once, and that was yesterday. I had to make myself throw up cause something was stuck...and boy, did I feel better afterwards. Anyway, I left my husband a week and a half ago. I have our 2 kids with me, a 5yr old and a 2yr old. We left Nebraska and are in Minnesota now, currently homeless, living in a shelter. My family is in this area, so they have been trying to help out as much as possible. Anyway, that's the current update on me. Hope everyone else is doing well. Andrea

Wow.Andrea Im so sorry your going through all of that,and rite after surgery. Are you open or lap? Just take one day at a time things will come together. We have the same surgery date,Im still struggling and I was a lap rny.Well anyway you take care............Traci

Andrea...I know that you have been through way more than you've summarized but it's good to hear that you are doing ok. I pray that you continue to do well. Your positive attitude is amazing. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Andrea, You are one very brave woman. If you're in my part of MN, give a holler and I'd be thrilled to hook up. I have a 5 yr old daughter, too.
