Loosing too fast??
You're right on time to stop losing for a week or so. I stopped between wks 3 & 4. Actually gained 3 pounds. Talk about depressing. But the scale is now moving in the right direction and I'm down 31 pounds in a month. Losing will probably level off at 3-6 pounds a week based on my surgeon's info. I figure I am more likely to be the 3# per week than the 6. Don't get depressed when the scale stops moving. Just keep doing what you are suppose to be doing and it will come off.
