Yvette- I tried sending you that email but it keeps sending it back saying email does not exist??¿ just go to bariatriceating.com and add the www before it.. and click on protein shakes.... I got the proplete gold.mixed berry and vanilla pineapple...they also have sample to buy so that you can try them out first. good luck Shelly

I have found that the protien shakes are really, really, really sweet. I have also ordered some protien shakes from www.walgreens.com it is called optisource. It is special for baratic surgery patients. I am using the vitamins they are going down pretty good. -Gerriann post-op 3+ weeks and down 33+ pounds gone forever!

you can order samples (1 drink worth for $1.99, from www.vitilady.com ) she has lots of flavors. I am having a really hard time keeping them down at this point, it wasn't too bad before surgery or for the first week, now it's really hard, makes me neseaus...I can choke down one in the morning but that's it

I am only a little over two weeks out and I am feeling the effects of not being able to get any protein down. I just got some Isopure in the mail today and it was easier for me to drink. you might want to try it. I was so happy when I got mine today because i have started feeling really sluggish.

Glad I'm not the only one with the protein shake issue. Ugh. And milk products make me sick too except for cheese. Right now, I'm just concentrating on eating fish, eggs, meat/poulty and cheese to get my protein in. I have no clue how many grams I'm getting a day. Probably not enough, but I felt so bad until I stopped trying the protein shakes and milk smoothies. At this point, I'm afraid to try any more shakes.
