It's been 28 days since s...

It's been 28 days since surgery. I went back to work 2 weeks post op and doing fine. This has been alot easier than I first thought. Have gratuated to soft foods and am keeping everything down exceptionaly well. I have lost 25 pounds so far and am feeling great. Blood sugars are under control like never before. Do not use any oral medicines and only use insulin once in a while. I thank GOD every day for allowing me this second chance to regain control of my health.

So how much u can't find now? I can't find 25 last weigh in. I can't tell u how much better I feel already. Diabeties under control, No Meds, And sleeping the entire night. It just doesn't get any better than this. I hope that u r doing just as well as I. God Bless
