4 weeks post-op and feeling great

Here I am 4 weeks post-op and feeling great. I am starting to eat more solid foods now like beef and pork. Most of the time though I stick to chicken and seafood because it is easier for me to digest. I am back to work and my co-workers are really supportive of my weight loss (30+ lbs) and still going. My concern is getting all of my water in for the day and my whey protein or other high protein sources that I am suppose to take. Any suggestions? All replies would be greatly appreciated. anyone?

Hey, sounds like u doing great. Keep up the good work. I hate water, It doesn't have any taste..... So I got Crystal light and added it to my H2O. I saved some little juice bottles from my boys and I use them to carry small amounts of drink with me wherever I go. Give it a try. And May God bless you and your family.

Hey Phillip ! Sounds like you are on the right track !! I am loving my seafood and haven't really ventured out to have beef or pork yet I have had white crab meat, smoked oysters, and tilapia and bass and perch fish ..YUM ! I want to have some now ! LOL I am in the same boat trying to force those liquids ..A month out and I have yet to make it to the 64 oz club ! (average around 45 oz a day) ..Keep on trying though !! Kathy
