1 Year anniversary

It is 1 year today that I had my surgery and have lost 120 lbs and still losing. I have gone from 253.50 to 133.50 and still losing. I am glad I made this decision but don't want to get any smaller. I eat what I want and enjoy life to the fullest.

Thanks for the update! I am only about 10 days post-op and each time I get discouraged, I find a posting from someone who has been post-op for a while and at or close to their goal. You cannot know how encouraging it is for us newbies to see the long-term results we have to look forward to. Thanks for keeping us motivated Lisa
