:thumbsup: New here and having surgery this Friday.

I am pretty new here at this site. I am having surgery this Friday. I am excited and yet scared to death. I am around Louisville KY and wanted to know if anyone here had their surgery done in Louisville at Nortons. I saw my mom go through this last year but I am still worried.

I didn't, but I just wanted to stop in and say hi because my surgery is this Friday too, at Atlanta Medical Center. Just take it easy and breathe. This time next year we'll be posting our goal weight pictures and encouraging pre-ops and new post-ops that everything will be okay!

Hey Toni!!! I am having my surgery at Nortons also on Monday the 24th by Dr Allen. I am still fighting my sinus infection. I am alot better now, but still some congestion. I pray I will not have to reschedule. My meds are working so hopefully all will be well. Maybe you can come see me if you are up and wallking on Monday. My surgery is to be at 8am. I am scared of dying also scared of having to reschedule, but God has taken the fear away from me to where my thoughts are not consumed of death. I will be praying for you. I will be going to my moms in Etown saturday, then off to the hospital Monday. you are in my prayers for surgery and a speedy recovery. hope to see you on the losing side. God bless you- melissa

Hi Toni, I'm new too. Surgery date for me is Monday the 24th. You'll be home by then. Hope all is well and time has come to enjoy the choice we've made. Life.. debbie
